Terms of service for PocketLink

By installing and using the PocketLink browser extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

The Service is provided to you for the purpose of creating shortened URLs via the Bit.ly API. You are responsible for any and all activity that occurs under your Bit.ly account when using this extension.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or for the promotion of illegal activities.

2. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements; that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; or that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be effective, accurate, or reliable.

3. Limitation of liability

In no event shall the developer of PocketLink (Joe Amditis) be liable to you or any third party for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the use of this extension.
